Introduction of HRIS



In this post I will discuss with all of you guys about the introduction of Human resources Information system.

From my understanding of HRIS itself, in a simple way HRIS is the combination between Human resources and information technology. When the human combine with technology usually will outcome with the simplicity and efficiency. And it is proved.  in the most situation, HRIS help the Human resources to decision making in HR. As we know the decision made should increase in quality, and as a result the productivity of both employee and the way of manage will be increase and become more effective.
